Sandy seeks peace and solitude through nature and strives to convey that sense in her work. She feels that Nature reminds us of who we are and where we fit into God's creation. She is always searching for the spiritual beauty of our world, to present quiet and peaceful works of art which will draw the viewer in. Recently her search for new painting material involves seeking out very complex subjects which challenge her even more than before. Sandy sees this newest challenge as a step to new growth as an artist.
